1. What does rent include?
Rent includes water/trash service. It does not include electricity or parking.

2. Are pets allowed?
Cats are allowed.

3. How can I submit an application and get a tour?
Tours/applications are only given when units are 2 weeks from becoming available. Click on the “Current Availability” tab to see what units are coming available.
4. Is there a waiting list?
Yes, there is a waiting list. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list and notified when tours are available, just send us an email via the contact page.

5. Are all floor plans available for viewing online?
No, a sampling of units has been posted to give you a general idea of layouts and pricing options. Since every unit is different, it would simply be too cumbersome to have every floor plan posted.

6. Are there only 1-bedroom units available?
No. There are four 2-bedroom units available and twenty 1-bedroom units available.

7. Are there elevators?
No. There are 2 sets of stairs.

8. Where can I get parking?
Rentable parking operated by third party vendors is nearby. Also, there is plentiful street parking which is free on weekends and after 5pm.
